"Koriai" (hint on beehive) is real estate project with affordable flats near city center asked for banner Ads with some twist for pre Christmas time.
As many real estate project relay solely on stock interior images they all starting to look the same and of course Christmas is totally dead horse to ride if you are going surf stock images to find any gems. So client asked for something different and unseen.
There is no real brief around, just this image as reference and possibility to go crazy:
As I'm always pushing my 3d skills, so I quickly became with Idea to morph they logo to 3d room (beehive!)
And of course a moose! or the moose?
The client was not impressed with my low poly draft so I needed to push it further and after some more serious drafts we settled around this one:
First revision: At some point I lost Christmas and was to attached to brand colors and totally forget about custom typo:

And finally we get it! Christmas all over the screen! :D
